Digital wisdom LLC announces the completion of the Dell 2135cn printer certification. With the completion of this certification we will be authorized to diagnose equipment problems and service the printer by replace any malfunctioning parts. The following skills are required to successfully complete this certification.

Describe the 2135cn’s features and capabilities to a customer.
Describe the 2135cn’s media path and media guidelines to a customer.
Advise the customer where the media guidelines can be found in the documentation provided with the printer.
Troubleshoot common laser printer call drivers with a customer:
Configuration issues
Media jams
Network connectivity issues
Print quality issues
